Delish and The Sassy Apron (which shares the space) are the creations of Rachel and Ian Broglie. Sassy Apron is now solely a catering operation. But Delish is a place where you can get some beautifully prepared food, especially mind-blowing sandwiches,soups, and salads.
The room is large, bright, and airy. The community table occupies the middle of the space, and it, being too large to fit through the doors, was built in situ by Ian. I have seen (and heard) kids birthday parties doing what kids do at parties.
Delfish has offered an interesting lineup of special events, such as Burgers, Brats, and Beer Night, and various limo-driven shopping trips with champagne and a dinner at the end of the spree.
But is the food good?

Crisp Cheese Filled Eggplant Panini
My first lunch here was an Eggplant Panino, which was spectacular enough to hook me.
Panko breaded eggplant topped with a basil goat cheese provolone spread and roasted red peppers on a flatbread and drizzled with pomegranate molasses and Balsamic reduction and served with a Mediterranean Couscous. OMG.

Croque-Madame
Originated in France, an open faced ham grilled cheese sandwich on a soft French bread slice, topped with Boar’s Head Black Forest Ham, melted Gruyere Cheese, and Poached Egg, drizzled with Hollandaise Sauce and served with a side of your choice
Red Chile BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches*
This is a Sassy Apron Original and has a little kick, but it’s not too spicy! Our slow roasted Pulled Pork is covered in our mouthwatering Red Chile rum barbeque sauce topped with crisp coleslaw on a toasted Kaiser Roll and served with a side of your choice
Sassy Burger
6 oz. ground chuck patty topped with Cheddar Cheese, crispy Onion Rings, drizzled with our delicious Red Chile Sassy BBQ Sauce, topped with Candied Bacon on a Pretzel Bun and served with house made chips
Reuben – “the Rachel”
Our Sassy Reuben made with Pastrami, Swiss cheese, a delicious Russian dressing and Sauerkraut two slices of delicious Wheat Bread
Roast Beef
Grilled Boar’s Head London Broil Roast Beef topped with melted Provolone cheese and Caramelized Onions and served on Wheat Bread
Green Chile Cheese Burger
6 oz. ground chuck patty topped with Pepper Jack Cheese, fried tempura Green Chile, bib onion and served with a Jalapeno aioli sauce on a Green Chile Bun made fresh from our local Swiss Alps Bakery and served with house made chips

Get some pancakes. Any kind, they are all amazing.
These are Banana Chocolate Chip. Irresistible.
OK. You get he idea. This is highly inventive gourmet food. Everything is really great here. Why would anyone go to one of those inferior chain places for breakfast or lunch? Beats me all hollow.
