You need to read Mina Yamashita’s Alibi article on food trucke. She lists more than I do. Mina is cool.
Nice list. Add Firenze Mobile Pizza to the list. You can taste their Wood Fired Pizza on Saturday mornings at the Downtown (Albuquerque) Grower’s Market.
Can we get them to contact the building supervisor at UNM South campus student services? Parking is an issue–but man they are needed.
